"We asked Rutland to reconfigure our ground floor, with a single storey rear extension and new kitchen, new downstairs toilet and shower and a utility room. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and any problems were dealt with with the minimum fuss. Now the work is complete and we couldn't be happier with our new space - it feels like a whole new house. I would definitely recommend Rutland to anyone looking for similar building work."

We had real issues with structural engineers, building control and party wall agreements, but the builders remained patient and helpful throughout as we worked to resolve these. There were a couple of building related issues, but these were resolved without fuss or delay."
