"We asked Rutland to reconfigure our ground floor, with a single storey rear extension and new kitchen, new downstairs toilet and shower and a utility room. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and any problems were dealt with with the minimum fuss. "The workers were hardworking and respectful and finished beautifully. We had real issues with structural engineers, building control and party wall agreements, but the builders remained patient and helpful throughout as we worked to resolve these.
